Having started both Render-Atlanta to amplify the presence of developers in the south with an emphasis on culture and inclusion, as well as The In Streaming Color telethon to raise contributions for underrepresented groups during a crisis, Justin is now seen as a pillar in the local Atlanta, and overall global engineering community as a force to represent community building, and engineering excellence. He is also a full-time senior engineer at Mailchimp in Atlanta where he helps empower small businesses on their marketing platform.
