According to a report by Deloitte "soft skill-intensive occupations will account for two-thirds of all jobs by 2030…” showcasing that the skills gap doesn’t only exist within technical roles. As we continue to move into a more digital and technical advanced world, the importance of soft skills (human skills ) will only become more valuable and needed in the future of work.
